This cruise is under consideration for the second half of 2025
There is no commitment to this cruise – yet. But it looks fairly likely be confirmed
We hope to have a decision by September 2023 or soon after

This will be a charter cruise exclusively for our group. We will start from a standard 7 night cruise, and customise it to suit our own preferences for itinerary, activities and conference program.

The conference program will be headed by a leading Australian genealogy expert.

It will be on the all new paddlesteamer Australian Star due to be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2025. Prices, including the conference fee, are expected to range from $4500 to $5000 per person twin share. Maximum places available – 34 people (17 cabins).

To give you some idea what the cruise might look like, check out the current 7 night cruises offered on the Echuca-based Emmylou. Our cruise will be on the newer, larger, vessel and we will have the freedom to adapt the itinerary and on-board and land activities as we choose. And, of course, work in a good conference program.

NOTE: our recent cruises survey suggests enough interest to fill the cruise several times over. If the cruise is confirmed, as seems fairly likely, those interested will need to make an early decision to be sure of a place.
